Subscriptions will begin with the release of the next issue.
Delivery time to Europe destinations is normally 5 – 7 business days, to everywhere else about 2 weeks. Sometimes the delivery can take longer than the estimated time, feel free to contact us at anytime if you haven’t received your package after 3 weeks.
Please make sure that the shipping address you have provided is correct. If you change your address, please send the new one immediately to info(a)rawview.org.
The subscriber is responsible for all customs fees that may be applied by your country.
In case of damaged or lost item, please contact us at info(a)rawview.org
RETURNS
To return a faulty item, please enclose a letter giving the reason for return, secure the package and return to the address below. You may also contact us by email and include a photo of the damaged magazine.

In the event of Raw View Magazine sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to Raw View Magazine within 30 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Ownership of the original item reverts to Raw View Magazine. Provided you return this item to us within the 30 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 30 days period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order, as compensation for our loss.
When you send your item back to us, we’ll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within a month of our receiving your return.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we’ll reimburse your costs in returning it to us.

If at any time you wish to cancel a subscription, your refund will be for the unused portion of that subscription based on the issue cover price (20 €), plus postage (differs, depending of the destination) and packaging costs. Please send us an email at info(a)rawview.org and explain that you would like to cancel your subscription. We will calculate the amount due to you and issue a refund.
